- By signing this contract you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- All deposits are NON refundable. If order is cancelled within 21 days prior to the service 50% of the balance is due. Global Allure is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown while in charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at a mutually agreed date. The person signing this contract; hereafter “the client”, assumes full financial liability for any damage caused to our vehicles by the client or any members of his/her party during the duration of the service.
- Damages fees include: A $200.00 for each carpet or seat burn; sanitation fee is $250.00; beverage glass breakage fee $30.00 per glass. Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law and therefore not allowed in any of our vehicles. The client agrees to pay all fines caused by him/her or any person in his/her party. The driver has the right to terminate the service without refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s). Overtime pay will apply after the first 15 minutes of waiting time. We are not responsible for: delays or the termination of the service caused by unsafe road conditions (ie. not salted, accidents, etc.).
- We are not responsible for articles left behind in any of our vehicles. Balances must be paid prior to starting service. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. It is the client’s responsibility to review and inform us of any discrepancies or errors on this confirmation.
